Sonakshi Sinha and her brother Luv Sinha’s dynamic is under the spotlight as the actor was allegedly missing from Sonakshi’s wedding with Zaheer Iqbal. While the actor has yet to dismiss these rumours, his old interviews have caught everyone’s attention.
Speaking about how Luv handles the speculations about Sonakshi’s personal life, he told Siddharth Kannan, “As a brother, I would always be concerned about other individuals. See, everyone on the surface tries to show that they’re good. Everyone on the surface tries to project themselves a certain way. But the reality can be different. I as a brother, would do my duty to keep a check on anyone and everyone.”
Answering if he’s possessive about Sonakshi, Luv said, “Possessive kya hai? Aisa toh nahi hai ki main usko pakad ke boloonga ki ghar pe baitho. Possessive nahi hoon, main apni baat ko saamne rakhta hoon. That’s a different thing that she doesn’t listen because she is how she is. I come from an angle where I am not benefitting from anything. Outsiders may benefit. Outsiders will always benefit or try to use or have an agenda.”
“The older brother and the younger sister will always have a line. Mere mann main kya baat hai? Not just for Sonakshi, kisi ke liye bhi. Main kyu chahoonga ki main aapko kuch salah doon? Main kya chahoonga? Mujhe paise nahi mil rahe usse, commission nahi milta. I will only do it out of concern. You can tell someone not to jump in a well, but if they want to they will. Not just for Sonakshi, generally,” he said.
Sonakshi got married to Zaheer Iqbal on Sunday, June 23. They hosted a civil marriage ceremony, which was attended by Shatrughan Sinha and Poonam Sinha. Sonakshi’s brothers Luv Sinha and Kussh S Sinha were visibly missing from the wedding photos. Luv had also shared cryptic posts that hinted that all was not good between him and Sonakshi.
Earlier today, Luv Sinha, slammed a media report claiming that he was absent from the actress’ wedding and reception ceremonies. Luv took to his Instagram Story to share a Hindustan Times report and wrote, “A ‘Source’. They need better sources.” The report in question claimed that Luv had skipped Sonakshi’s wedding and her wedding reception.
This seemingly hinted that Luv might have been present for the civil marriage ceremony. However, the actor has yet to give an official statement. He told the portal that he would respond to the speculations soon.
