Akshay Kumar And Twinkle Khanna Celebrate Daughter Nitara's 11th Birthday With Emotional Notes

Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna’s daughter turns a year older today. On her special day, mommy Twinkle shared a happy video of her daughter and penned a heartwarming note which read, “My funny little monster turns 11. She is everything I wasn’t as a child but tried to become as an adult—fiercely confident:)

My pocket is slightly empty with all these September birthdays but my heart could not be more full❤️.”

Akshay Kumar on the other hand wrote, “I’ve never understood why daughters grow up so fast. My little baby who used to hold my hand to take baby steps will soon be a young lady, with the whole world to conquer. I am incredibly proud of you and your creative mind, Nitara. Other kids want to visit Disneyland, you want to create one. Spread your wings, sunshine… I and your mother will always try to be the wind beneath them. Happy Birthday my princess. .”

Twinkle and Akshay have a daughter Nitara and a son Aarav. The parents have kept their kids away from the limelight and media glare. However, the parents often share cute glimpses of their kids on their social media handle.

Twinkle has often voiced her opinion on parenting tips. Not so long ago, the former B-town star hogged the limelight for boarding an autorickshaw with Nitara in Mumbai. Sharing her thoughts on the correct way to bring up children, Twinkle put emphasis on leading by example.

In another interview in 2021, Twinkle revealed that she does not have a joint bank account with Akshay Kumar. In fact, she disclosed that both Nitara and Aarav’s education fees are paid by her only.

After appearing in films like Baadshah, Joru Ka Ghulam, Mela, and International Khiladi, Twinkle retired from acting in 2001. She is currently pursuing Masters in Fiction Writing at the prestigious Goldsmiths, University of London.

Akshay on the other hand was last seen in OMG 2. The film turned out to be a massive entertainer as well as a box office success. He is now gearing up for Mission Raniganj with Parineeti Chopra. The film produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh and Ajay Kapoor, is directed by Tinu Suresh Desai. It will be released in theatres on October 6, 2023. The makers recently revealed the trailer of the film.
