The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is scheduled to conduct the probationary officer (PO) preliminary test starting today, September 23, 30, and October 1.The IBPS PO Prelims test will be administered over 4 sessions, each lasting one hour. The IBPS PO Admit Card 2023, together with a valid government ID proof, must be brought to the examination centre by candidates taking the Prelims exam.
The shift times for IBPS PO Prelims 2023 are 9 AM to 10 AM, 11.30 AM to 12.30 PM, 2 PM to 3 PM, and 04.30 PM to 05.30 PM. Candidates are expected to arrive at the exam centre at least one hour before the time of the examination.
The question paper for IBPS PO Prelims 2023 will be divided into three sections: English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. Candidates will have one hour to finish the exam, which will include 100 questions for 100 marks.
IBPS PO Prelims 2023: Exam day guidelines
–– Candidates are not permitted to bring any personal items, including electronics and cell phones.
–– After the gate closes, no candidates will be permitted to enter the IBPS PO 2023 testing centre, and they won’t be permitted to leave the exam centre’s premises until the test concludes.
–– It is recommended that candidates who are wearing special clothing for religious reasons arrive at the exam sites early so that they can go through a thorough inspection and required frisking.
–– As soon as the examination hall is open, candidates should take their seats and read the instructions before the exam starts.
–– Each candidate’s desk will have rough sheets, pens, and pencils. No extra rough sheets will be provided.
–– Candidates must leave their IBPS PO call letter, a copy of their identity proof, and their test worksheets in a designated collection box after finishing the exam.
–– In the presence of the exam invigilator, candidates may be asked to sign in the appropriate places on their IBPS PO call letter and leave a clean left thumb imprint.
In the event that a candidate turns out to have impersonated someone else or used unfair methods, his or her candidature will be revoked, and depending on the severity of the violation, the candidate may be permanently barred from taking examinations or suspended for a certain amount of time.
