The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released the official schedule for the upcoming ICAI convocation that is set to be conducted during the month of November. According to an official notice, the convocation will be held on November 4 and November 5, across 12 cities. Candidates can check the notice on the main portal of ICAI at icai.org.
As per the schedule, the convocation will be conducted in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Pune, Jaipur, Ludhiana, Kolkata, Ghaziabad, Chennai, Hyderabad, Indore, and New Delhi on Saturday, November 4. While the convocation in Mumbai will be held on Sunday, November 5.
It is important to note that the convocation is being held for those who had enrolled in the Chartered Accountants programme during the period from May 1 to October 20. At the convocation, the eligible candidates will receive Certificates of Membership or Certificate of Practice (COP). The CA Final Examination rank holders from May 2023 will also be honoured on this special occasion. They will also be felicitated with the rank certificates.
“The next ICAI Convocation will be held at the following Cities as per the dates mentioned, for Members who are enrolled during the period from 1st May 2023 to 20th October 2023. They will be awarded Certificate of Membership/COP in the Convocation,” reads the official notice.
To confirm their participation at the convocation, eligible members will get individualised emails from the appropriate Regional Offices with information about the venue, schedule, and so on. The program’s specifics will be posted on the ICAI website shortly. Candidates are recommended to make suitable travel arrangements, etc., and to contact the relevant ICAI Regional Office or Branch with any inquiries.
On the other hand, ICAI recently released the admit cards for the Chartered Accountancy (CA) Intermediate and Final examinations. These exams are scheduled to be held in November this year. Candidates who are going to appear for the ICAI CA Intermediate, as well as the Final 2023 exam, can download their hall tickets from eservices.icai.org.
