The application process for the posts of junior managers has begun today at rites.com. The Rail India Technical and Economic Services also popularly known as RITES is a PSU under the Ministry of Railways. The last date for submitting the application form is April 7.
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the written test and interview. The written exam will have a weightage of 80% while the interview round will carry 20% weightage.
There are a total of three posts available for the post of Junior Manager (hr/ personnel). Out of this, two seats have been reserved for Other Backward Classes candidates while one seat is for the candidates belonging to the unreserved category. There is only one seat for Junior Manager (Marketing) post and that is for the unreserved category.

If you are interested in the posts, you can follow these steps to fill the application form:
Step 1: Go to any internet browser of your choice and search for the official website of RITES, www.rites.com
Step 2: On the homepage you will see a tab that reads career, click on it.
Step 3: A dropdown will open, from the options click on the ‘Online Registration’ option.
Step 4: The form will open up on a new page. Fill in all your personal details carefully.
Step 5: Once done hit the proceed tab, and pay the application fees.
Step 6: Download and take a print of the submitted form receipt, for your future reference.

Candidates will have to pay Rs 600 as an application fee. Those belonging to the Economically Weaker Section, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Person with Disabilities can purchase will have to pay Rs 300. All aspirants must know that the maximum age for applying for any of these posts is 40 years. Finally selected candidates will get salary in the range of Rs 40,000 to Rs 1.40 lakh
