12. Bodhan is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Telangana and is part of Nizamabad Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Bodhan falls in Nizamabad district and North Telangana region of Telangana. It is categorised as a semi-urban seat.
There are a total of 1,70,676 voters in the seat, which includes 83,419 male voters, and 87,253 female voters. In the 2018 Telangana elections, Bodhan recorded a voter turnout of 81.09%. In 2014 the turnout was 75.95%.
In 2014, Shakil of TRS won the seat by a margin of 15,884 (10.37%). Shakil secured 44.02% of the total votes polled.
