Noida: The Congress has petitioned the Supreme Court seeking a change in polling dates in the Gautam Buddh Nagar constituency.
The move came after their candidate Ramesh Chand Tomar shifted his allegiance to the Bharatiya Janata Party after the last date for filing nominations had passed.
