Bangalore: The hearing in the disproportionate assets (DA) case against Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalitha likely to continue at a Bangalore special court on Tuesday.
Jayalalithaa is accused of accumulated assets worth 66 crore during her tenure as Chief Minister during 1991-1996.
The case was filed by Janta Party President Subramanian Swamy and later followed up by arch rivals DMK, who wanted the case to be moved out of Tamil Nadu.
Special judge BM Mallikarjunaiah has nearly 14 hundred questions for her, of which she answered over 560 during a special hearing last month.
Meanwhile, as a security measure, Bangalore Police has imposed prohibitory orders around the special court.
