MJP to contest over 15 LS seats in Gujarat

Vadodara: The Mahagujarat Janata Party (MJP), formed by the dissident BJP leaders, has decided to contest over 15 Lok Sabha seats in the state, party General Secretary Sunil Oza said.

"We will contest elections on our own and would not tie up with any other political party," Oza said.

"We will contest over 15 of the total 26 Lok Sabha seats in the state," he added.

Earlier, Nalin Bhatt, a dissident BJP leader and now General Secretary of Bahujan Samajwadi Party had also declared that BSP would contest all the 26 seats and will not have alliance with any political party.
