44. Phulera is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Rajasthan and is part of Jaipur Rural Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Phulera falls in Jaipur district and Central region of Rajasthan. It is categorised as a rural seat.
There are a total of 2,38,854 voters in the seat, which includes 1,24,489 male voters, and 1,14,365 female voters. In the 2018 Rajasthan elections, Phulera recorded a voter turnout of 75.27%. In 2013 the turnout was 74.59%, and in 2008 it was 70.7%.
In 2013, Nirmal Kumawat of BJP won the seat by a margin of 24,297 votes (15.75%). Nirmal Kumawat secured 54.92% of the total votes polled.
BJP won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections with a margin of 2,710 votes (2.09%), registering 45.69% of the total votes polled.
In the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, BJP led in the Phulera Assembly segment of the Jaipur Rural Parliamentary/Lok Sabha constituency.
