The furore over Md Shahabuddin's release on bail refused to die down in Bihar with opposition NDA on Wednesday demanding the arrest of the RJD strongman in the journalist Rajdeo Ranjan murder case.

BJP on Thursday hit back at TRS for charging it with pursuing "divisive politics" in reference to its demand that Telangana government officially celebrate September 17 as 'Hyderabad Liberation Day.

The BJP-affiliated Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) and the Congress-backed National Students Union of India (NSUI) were far behind in all four posts, the sources said.
