Meet Actress Paula McGlynn, Who Plays Sonia Gandhi In Main Atal Hoon

Pankaj Tripathi caused an uproar in Bollywood with the release of his upcoming film Main Atal Hoon’s trailer. Makers have unveiled the trailer on Hitz Music, which garnered more than 2 million views. It revolves around the life of the late former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The film will also provide insights into other political leaders like Pramod Mahajan and Sonia Gandhi. Actress Paula McGlynn has been roped in to play the role of Sonia Gandhi, former leader of the opposition of Lok Sabha. Paula has dominated the headlines for her striking resemblance to Sonia Gandhi. Main Atal Hoon will be released at the cinema halls on January 19, 2024. Ravi Jadhav has directed this film.

Social media users were quick to express their admiration for the trailer. One of the users commented, “Ravi Jadhav’s direction is a cinematic masterpiece. He skillfully brings Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s story to life with grace and authenticity."

Besides this film, Paula has shown her acting prowess in many projects. She has also been making waves as the founder and the actress in the Marathi YouTube channel named Bharatiya Digital Party. She hails from Canada and travelled to Maharashtra due to her fondness for films. She has, since then, stayed here and worked on many projects. As of now, she has solidified her position as a successful entrepreneur, content creator, and founder.

Coming back to Main Atal Hoon, it boasts of a talented cast starring Harshad Kumar, Rajesh Dubeay, Madhu Singh, and others. Pankaj Tripathi plays the lead role of Atal Bihari Vajpayee in the film. Speaking about the film in an interview recently, Pankaj said, “More than the film, the journey of playing Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee is really close to my heart. The man is truly a legend, and we are honoured to bring his inspiring story to the world. I hope audiences appreciate our efforts to bring in the legacy of Atal ji onto the big screens." Vinod Bhanushali, Sandeep Singh, and Kamlesh Bhanushali have produced this film. Lawrence D’Cunha is in charge of the cinematography. Rishi Virmani and Ravi Jadhav have curated the storyline, screenplay, and dialogues.
