Krushna Abhishek’s sister and Govinda’s niece, actress Arti Singh is all set to tie the knot with businessman Dipak Chauhan on April 25. The pre-wedding festivities began with a haldi ceremony on April 22, followed by a sangeet function last night. The internet is now abuzz with videos and pictures from the festivities.
Karan Singh Grover, who is close to Arti Singh and attended the ceremony, recorded her dance performance for fans. On the special occasion, Arti delivered a heartfelt performance for her family, dancing to the tunes of Aangan Galiyan Chaubara Chod Chali Bachpan Sara and Mujhe Saajan Ke Ghar Jaana Hai.
Accompanying the video, Karan Singh Grover extended his wishes to the couple saying, “Congratulations for finding true love! @artisingh5 and @dipakchauhan09,” he wrote.

For her sangeet night, Arti Singh looked stunning in a beautiful sleeveless green lehenga adorned with intricate golden embroidery. She accessorised her outfit with a statement neckpiece, earrings and bangles. Completing her look, she styled her hair in loose curls, with half of it tied back for a perfect finishing touch.
Before the haldi and sangeet ceremonies, Krushna Abhishek and Kashmera Shah organised a lavish bridal shower for Arti Singh.
Meanwhile, there’s considerable speculation that Govinda will be present at Arti Singh’s wedding. However, it seems that Govinda’s daughter Tina Ahuja was absent from her cousin’s pre-wedding celebrations. According to reports, Tina was in Mumbai on Tuesday, where she visited the iconic Siddhivinayak Temple. She shared glimpses of her visit, including pictures of the Bandra-Worli Sea Link and the Siddhivinayak Temple, on her social media.
Given the public feud between Govinda and Krushna Abhishek spanning several years, Kashmera sees the wedding as an opportunity to change things. In an interview with Hindustan Times, she said, “He might have been angry at us, but he is not angry at Arti. And it is not Krushna’s wedding. If he was not coming for our wedding, we would have understood as he is upset with us. But it is Arti and she really wants him there. I would request him to come as it is Arti, and not take our anger out on her”.
Arti Singh and Dipak Chauhan will get married at ISKCON Temple in Mumbai.
