American artist Kamber Carroll described his creation as an “art sculpture first and then a table.”

Social media is full of videos by artists who always manage to keep people enthralled by their out-of-the-box creations. Recently, American artist Kamber Carroll garnered thousands of likes on Instagram for his hyper-realistic waffle-shaped coffee table. This coffee table is made in such a way that actually looks like a stack of waffles doused with maple syrup. To add to its beauty, Kamber Carroll decorated it with a plate that looks like melting butter. A video of the waffle-shaped coffee table now has more than 2.4 lakh likes.

While sharing this video, the artists wrote, “The Waffle Table. It may not be your conventionally flat coffee table. Or a stack of waffles. But a unique mixture of both. Unique places to place your coffee. Place a candle. Stack some books. Have a spinning butter tray. Or have your favourite way to eat waffles. This has been such a crazy build. I really hope you guys enjoy this one. I love how it has turned out. Much love. A couple more for the breakfast series.”

In a comment, he described the material used to make the table and wrote, “The entire thing is covered in multiple layers of a flame rated, habitat safe, epoxy. Followed by another couple layers of food safe epoxy.”

Someone simply described his creation as, “Incredibly creative, delicious design!” Another person wrote, “One day I’ll have my own bakery and I’ll be calling you for some fun table decor!”

An Instagram user enquired, “If this is made from foam? Is it sturdy enough for animals to jump on and to put our feet on or stand? Love it though.” In response, the artist said, “Depending on the animal I guess. It is very sturdy. But it is an art sculpture first and then a table.”

Another Instagram user described their reaction to the unique furniture as “This gives me the ick in the best way. I’m like “ew gross it looks so sticky I don’t want to touch it” but also “wait it’s not sticky, I should touch it but I still am scared” well done lol?

Kamber Carroll is known for making food-shaped tables. He has previously made similar tables that resembled a stack of pancakes, doughnuts, a cup of coffee, and a cereal bowl. Thanks to these delicious-looking designs he has over 2.8 lakh Instagram followers.
