MH SET 2024 Registration to Conclude on January 31, Check Steps to Apply

The Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) will conclude the online application process for the Maharashtra State Eligibility Test (MH SET) 2024 soon. As per the official schedule, the MH SET 2024 registration will end on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at 6 pm. Candidates can apply for the MH SET 2024 exam through the official website at setexam.unipune.ac.in. The registration process started on January 12, 2024.

Once the registration process closes, the online application correction process will take place from February 8 to February 10. Candidates will also be able to submit the MH SET 2024 application form between February 1 and 7, but, with a late fee of Rs 500. The Savitribai Phule Pune University is all set to conduct the 39th State Eligibility Test on April 7, 2024. The varsity will release the MH SET 2024 admit card on March 28, this year.

The MH SET 2024 exam will be conducted at centres including Pune, Kolhapur, Solapur, Aurangabad, Nanded, Amravati, Gadchiroli, Panjim (Goa), Mumbai, Ahmednagar, Nashik, Dhule, Jalgaon, Nagpur, Chandrapur, Ratnagiri, and Parbhani.

MH SET 2024: Steps To Apply

Step 1: Go to the official website at setexam.unipune.ac.in

Step 2: Search and click on the “Apply here for SET Exam 7 April 2024” link on the homepage.

Step 3: Then register and proceed with the application form.

Step 4: Fill out the form as asked with the required details.

Step 5: Upload all the essential documents and pay the necessary fees.

Step 6: Cross-check all the details and submit the form.

MH SET 2024: Application Fee

For open or general category candidates, the application fee is Rs 800. While for the reserved category candidates, the registration fee is Rs 650.

MH SET 2024: Exam Pattern

The MH SET 2024 exam is divided into two parts: paper 1 and paper 2. All questions on both papers are required. Candidates must take both exams to be considered for the position of Assistant Professor.

The MH SET 2024 paper 1 contains 50 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from Teaching and Research Aptitude. Paper 1 of the MH SET 2024 has a total of 100 marks. Paper 2 will cover 32 subjects. There will be 100 questions. The duration of MH SET 2024 paper 2 is two hours, with a total of 200 marks.
