The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has declared the results of the State Service Examination 2021. Shirish Pyasi from Jabalpur has secured the 12th position in the Public Service Commission examination. He is now all set to become a Deputy Collector.
Shirish, the son of a retired teacher, cracked the MPPSC exam on the second attempt. Shirish Pyasi said that he had taken the MPPSC exam in 2020. However, after clearing the preliminary exam, he could not clear the main exam. He continued to work hard and did not lose hope. After this, he again took the exam in 2021 and secured 12th position in the state on the second attempt. He has given the credit for this to his parents and teachers.
He said that during the interview, questions were also asked about Jabalpur district, like What is the mythological story of the Narmada River and why the name of Jabalpur was changed to Jablipuram. Apart from this, questions related to engineering were also asked. Shirish’s father is a retired teacher and his mother is a housewife.
After securing the 12th rank, Shirish said that those who work hard will never lose. Success is achieved if one works hard continuously. Sharing his journey, he said that he was scared when he did not succeed after the first attempt. But he continued to work hard and cleared the exam in the second attempt. He also said that it would take a lot of work to attain this goal.
Shirish’s parents are proud and overjoyed by their son’s success. His mother spoke about his dedication towards studies and said that he gave up all of his hobbies to concentrate only on his studies. His father expressed that his son’s hard work had paid off.
MPPSC is a state government-led agency of Madhya Pradesh. It is responsible for conducting civil service examinations and competitive examinations.
