Gade Sai Lenin, hailing from Godavarikhani in Peddapalli district of Telangana, has achieved the remarkable feat of securing five government jobs without seeking coaching from any institute. His journey is an inspiration for numerous unemployed youth striving to achieve their goals in life. Following his graduation in engineering, Sai Lenin successfully cleared the GATE exam to pursue an M.Tech and secured admission at IIT Hyderabad.
Simultaneously, the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) issued a notification to fill vacant positions in various government departments. Sai Lenin decided to forgo the opportunity to join IIT and returned to his hometown to prepare for competitive exams. However, what surprised everyone was that instead of enrolling in any coaching institute, he chose to self-study for the exams.
Sai Lenin had a dedicated room constructed in his house where he immersed himself day and night to pursue his goal. His parents, Gade Sammaiya and Nirmala provided encouragement and support throughout his journey. Despite facing initial setbacks, Sai Lenin never wavered in his confidence, willpower, commitment and determination to succeed in the competitive examinations.
Social media became Sai Lenin’s mentor, similar to Dronacharya. He utilised platforms like YouTube and Google to clarify his doubts in various subjects. His persistent efforts paid off when he successfully secured five government jobs, including Junior Assistant at SCCL with a rank of 60th, Assistant Executive Engineer (8th rank), Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspector (12th rank), Group IV with a merit rank and a lecturer position at a polytechnic college (where he expressed confidence in obtaining good marks after reviewing the answer key).
Sai Lenin stated, “In the past, people relied on coaching institutes to clarify doubts about subjects. However, with mobile phones accessible to us 24/7, every doubt can now be addressed instantly. Experiencing failure shouldn’t diminish one’s confidence; instead, it should be viewed as a stepping stone to success. Dedication and hard work inevitably lead to significant rewards. I am grateful to my family for their support and encouragement in helping me achieve my goals.”
