Verify that the credit card you use for your Xbox account is valid and up-to-date. Your account might have been suspended because of an outstanding balance.
Call Xbox Customer Support for an explanation of your suspension and how to get it lifted.
Check your inbox for an email from Xbox regarding your suspension.
Visit the Xbox support forums. In the "My LIVE account was suspended" section you can describe your issue and receive a response from an Xbox representative.
