If you have a question about a specific product, past order, or drop shipping opportunity on AliExpress, reaching out to a seller is the quickest way to get an answer. Luckily, it’s super simple to contact a seller, and we’re here to walk you through the entire process. All you need to do is log into your account, click on an item you’re interested in, then hit the “Contact” button on the product page to send a message!
Things You Should Know
  • Sign into your AliExpress account by clicking on the “Sign in / Register” button in the upper right corner of the home page.
  • Go to the product page of the item you’re interested in, then click on the “Message” button in the upper right corner of the page.
  • Type in your message in the chat box and include details about the product listing if you have a question about a specific item.

Contacting AliExpress Sellers Directly

Log into your account on AliExpress. Hover over the “Sign in / Register” button (the person icon) in the upper right hand corner of the home page, then click on the “Sign in” button. Enter your email address or phone number, followed by your password. On the AliExpress app, sign in by clicking on the “Account” tab on the lower right hand corner of the screen. Scroll to the bottom of the page, then hit the “Log in” button.

Go to the product page of the item you’re interested in. Look for a specific item by typing it in the search bar at the top of the home page. Once you find the item that you want to purchase, click on it to access the product page and the seller’s information. If you’re using the app, find an item by typing it in the search bar at the top of the home page. If you’ve already purchased an item, hover over the “Sign in / Register” button (the person icon) on the home page, then select “My Orders.” Click on the message bubble next to the seller’s name to contact them.

Click on the “Message” button next to the seller’s name. It’s located in the upper right hand corner of the product page, next to the “Follow” button. Once you click on the “Message” button, it will open up a chat box so you can message the seller directly. If you’re using the app, scroll toward the middle of the product page, then tap “Supplier” to access the seller’s storefront. Hit the message bubble in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Type your message or inquiry into the chat box. If you have a question about a specific item, include as much detail about the product listing as possible. Copy and paste the exact name of the listing, or take a screenshot on your computer and attach it to your message (hit the “+” button to upload it to the chat box). Once you’re done typing, hit enter or select the paper airplane icon on the right side of the chat box to send your message. If you’re using the app, the live chat will open on a new screen. Choose a question from the automated options or type in your custom message. Many AliExpress sellers are based in China, so it may take 24-48 hours to receive a response. If the seller never replies to you, try to look for another seller that offers the same product.

Opening a Dispute

Start a dispute to get a refund for wrong or late orders. Hover over the person icon in the upper right hand corner of the home page and click on “My Orders.” Then, hit “Open Dispute” next to the specific item. Answer the questions in the dispute form, then click "Submit." You can still negotiate or communicate with the seller while there is an open dispute. If the seller doesn’t ship out your item in the estimated time frame or does not respond to your cancellation request within 72 hours, your order will close automatically and you will get refunded.
