Bihar: Nitish Kumar's convoy kills one person in Muzaffarpur

Bihar: One man was killed after he was hit by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar convoy in Muzaffarpur district.

According to reports, Shambhu Yadav was hit by a car escorting chief miniter while he was returning from Motihari. Locals claim that the car didn't stop after running over the man.

He was taken to Shri Krishna Medical College and Hospital where he was declared brought dead, sources said.

The Chief Minister was returning to Patna by road after addressing JD (U) 'Sankalp Rally' at East Champaran district when the accident took place.

Local villagers have laid a road blockade in protest.
