Meerut: A young BSP leader Amit Bhadana and two others have allegedly raped a class 12 student in a moving car in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, said police on Monday.
It is alleged that Amit Bhadana abducted and raped the girl along with his two friends. A case has been registered in the Nauchandi police station against Amit and his two friends.
Police have got the medical test of the girl done and the report is expected to come later on Monday.
The victim stated that she was going for tuition when some men forcibly pulled her inside a black coloured car. She was on a rickshaw when she was abducted and the men raped her inside the car. She said the accused spoke to her before abducting her.
She also alleged that her Facebook friend Somit Gurjar was also present inside the car along with two other men. All the accused were also armed, she claimed.
The accused then took the girl to a house in Laxmi Vihar area where they again raped her. After raping the girl, the accused dumped her near PVS Mall and fled from the spot, they said.
The next day, the accused reached the girl's house and threatened to kill her along with her younger brother if she revealed the ordeal to anyone, a senior police officer said.
The police have not arrested anyone yet.
