Friday Release: Sharman Joshi's '3 Bachelors'
The film's only highlight is Sharman Joshi and his performance will decide the fate of the film.

New Delhi: Actor Sharman Joshi has indeed come a long way in the Hindi film industry. There was a time when he was doing films such as ‘Style’ and ‘Xcuse Me’, but slowly and steadily he changed his image. His recent hit ‘Ferrari Ki Sawaari’ has improved his position in the industry. For the first time in his career, producers are viewing him as a solo lead. Probably this is the reason that the makers of ‘3 Bachelors’ have decided to go public with their abandoned film.

The film stars Sharman Joshi, Manish Nagpal, Raima Sen and Riya Sen in the lead roles. The story revolves around two bachelors who come to Mumbai in order to pursue higher studies. Somehow they get admission in their desired college but couldn’t manage to get a hostel room. As the two boys are not from affluent families, they decide to live in a cheap house outside their college. They find an affordable house but they need to abide by one rule. Only married people are allowed to live in the house as the landlady has two unmarried nieces.

Now, the boys have no option other than posing as wife and husband. They do the same but this move makes their lives more complicated as they fall in love with the landlady’s nieces. The comedy of errors starts from here on.

‘3 Bachelors’ has been directed by Ajai Sinha who has earlier directed a film called ‘Khap’. He had started this film much before ‘Khap’ but the lack of interest on part of the distributors kept the film away from the screens.

Daboo Malik has composed the music for the film. None of the songs has become popular so the film would find it difficult to grab initial eyeballs. Its only highlight is Sharman Joshi and his performance will decide the fate of the film.
