BANGALORE: The High Court on Monday adjourned the hearing of Public Interest Litigation challenging the allotment of Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) sites under G category to 250 persons including ministers, MLAs, MPs, MLC and other persons for the hearing to June 24.The division bench comprising of the Chief Justice J S Khehar and Justice Ashok B Hinchigeri hearing, directed to post it after clubbing it along with another similar pending before the court.S Vasudeva, a city-based advocate had filed the petition challenging the allotment of the sites to the present and former ministers, MLAs and MPs and other political leaders.The petitioner has challenged the BDAs allotment of G category sites from February 2, 2006 to October 8, 2007, stating that all the allotments under the G category was illegal and against the rules and procedures of the BDA and also in contravention of BDA site allotment rules, 1984.
