The state unit of BJP has demanded that prime minister Manmohan Singh visit the state only after making a statement on the Telangana issue.
Party spokesman NVSS Prabhakar told reporters here on Monday that the prime minister decided to visit the state on Oct 16 to take part in the biodiversity conference in the capital.
“The Centre is continuing its delay tactics on Telangana issue which has paralysed the state administration. It is time it made a statement on Telangana.’’ Prabhakar accused the Centre of step-motherly attitude towards AP.
