Motorola to launch new Moto G, Moto X smartphones, and Moto 360 Android Wear smartwatch on September 5
The new Moto G is expected to come with a 5-inch 720p display, dual speakers at the front, expandable storage support, and an 8 megapixel rear camera.

New Delhi: Motorola has barely left anything for us to guess. It's almost clear what the company has up its sleeves for its event today in Chicago.

Google-owned Motorola, which is slated to be acquired by Lenovo, has already teased the sequels to its affordable Moto G and mid-range Moto X smartphones in its invites sent to media as well as on its teaser site newfrommoto.com.

Besides, the company is also going to announce the commercial availability of the much-awaited Moto 360 smartwatch, which appears to be the best-looking Android Wear smartwatch around. The teaser site also hints at a new audio accessory launch.

If rumours are to be believed, the successor to the Moto G will be named the "new Moto G". It is expected to come with a 5-inch 720p display, dual speakers at the front, 8GB of internal memory, expandable storage support, 8 megapixel rear shooter, and a 2 megapixel front camera.

There are speculations that the new Moto G will come at a price similar to that of its predecessor. It is expected to cost around Rs 13,000 in India.

Designed with a curved back, the Moto X was received well both by critics and users. The company will announce its sequel today at its Chicago event. The "new Moto X" may feature a 5.1-inch display, 32GB internal storage (non-expandable) and a 12 megapixel rear camera.
