Veteran actor Arjun, who returned to the big screens after a long time, in 'Kadal' and 'Vanayudham', will now be donning the director's hat.
He made his directorial debut with 'Sevagan' in 1992, and directed a total of 9 movies so far, including 'Madrasi' in 2006 and now he will be directing his 10th, as well as starring in it.
The film titled 'Common Man' will be produced by Aascar Films.
"I will be playing the lead role as well directing the film titled 'Common Man'. Unlike what is popularly referred, CM here stands for a Common Man, and I will be playing that role. When I narrated the script to Aascar Ravichandran, he liked it instantly, and agreed to produce the film," says the actor.
While the talks of his venture is still on the actor will make yet another on screen presence as one of the lead characters in 'Moondru Per Moondru Kadhal' directed by Vasanth.
