New Delhi: Nana Patekar had impressed one and all with tough-cop role in 'Ab Tak Chhappan'. The actor had played an encounter specialist in the film and was praised by critics for its brilliant and realistic portrayal of the Mumbai police force.
Almost a decade later, the sequel 'Ab Tak Chhaopan 2' promises to be as gritty and engaging as the first film with Nana Patekar playing the lead once again. The producer and the director of the film may have changed, but makers of the sequel claim it packs the same punch as its sequel.
The story revolves around Inspector Sadhu Agashe (Nana Patekar) from the Mumbai Encounter Squad. It is inspired by the life of Police sub-Inspector with Mumbai Police force Daya Nayak.
