Bigg Boss 18 FIRST Contestant Out: Avinash Mishra Confirms He's in Salman Khan Show This Year

Bigg Boss 18 excitement has reached new heights with the first confirmed contestant – TV actor Avinash Mishra. Known for his roles in popular shows like Yeh Teri Galiyan and Ishqbaaaz, Avinash Mishra has shared a video confirming his participation in the upcoming season of the hit reality show hosted by Salman Khan. Fans are also super excited.

Taking to his Instagram handle, he shared a video which is a compilation of all scenes and roles he played on screen. He mentioned it’s time to witness real Avinash. “Apni Kursi ki peti bandh lo ab waqt badalne wala hai! because it’s time for the BIG reveal. Think you’ve seen it all? Think again— We’ve seen our charmer shine in countless roles, making us laugh, cry, and cheer with his unforgettable performances. One of the fans  wrote, “Excited to see him in big boss”. Another wrote, “Excited”.

The show makers are releasing new promos featuring contestants and leaving fans more excited. This year, the Bigg Boss house’s theme also looks interesting. In a videos and photos surfaced online from the sets, it seems like the makers are going for a cave-age theme. Inspired by vintage patterns, detailed sculptures, and a warm, earthy colour palette, the house screams of old world charm.

The house design took 45 days and employed roughly 200 people, as stated by art director Omung Kumar in conversation with The Indian Express. He also discussed the creative decision to embrace Indian motifs in the design. The art director stated, “This year we decided to do something Indian because it has not been done for a long time. One specification the creative team had was that they wanted levels in the house. India is so beautiful, and we hadn’t tapped into that, so we did that. The entrance is a tribute to the prehistoric era.” He added that there are hidden entrances, and secret doors in the house and contestants can initially get confused.

Ahead of the Bigg Boss 18 premiere, makers are expected to drop more contestant promos. Meanwhile, many are speculating that stars like Nyra Banerjee, Shoaib Ibrahim, Padmini Kolhapure and Karan Veer Mehra might also join the new season. This year, Bigg Boss makers are bringing an exciting twist with their new theme, ‘Time ka Taandav.’ According to the promo, Bigg Boss will have the unique ability to predict the future of the contestants.
