Disha Patani Is 'So Grateful' To Have Mouni Roy As Her Friend

It looks like Disha Patani and Mouni Roy had a fantastic time together! The duo, who have been friends for some time, often delight fans with their adorable pictures on Instagram. Disha recently shared new photos on her Instagram Stories featuring Mouni, and they truly embody the essence of pure friendship.

In the photo, Disha Patani and Mouni Roy are seen hugging and posing for a candid shot, both with their eyes closed and smiling for the camera. What truly stole the spotlight, however, was Disha’s heartfelt note accompanying the image, which read, “I really found you. Thank you for everything. So grateful to have you.”

In another picture, Disha Patani and Mouni Roy were seen locking their eyes on the camera. Both were dressed in casual yet stylish fitted tops with comfy pyjamas. While Disha opted for a burgundy-coloured ensemble, Mouni decided to wear black. Along with the picture, she penned, “I love you my monz.”

Disha Patani and Mouni Roy became close friends during The Entertainers Tour in 2023. During the tour, the duo travelled across the US with Akshay Kumar, Sonam Bajwa, Nora Fatehi, Aparshakti Khurrana and Stebin Ben. Often hanging out together, they are seen setting BFF goals every time they step out together for dinner dates in town. A few weeks back, both the actresses were captured outside a plush restaurant in town. Twinning in pastel-hued ensemble, they looked pretty and all things gorgeous during the outing.

Work-wise, Disha Patani last impressed fans with her role in Kalki 2898 AD co-starring Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Kamal Haasan. Released on June 27, the film raked in nearly Rs 1,000 crore worldwide and has fans eagerly waiting for its next instalment. Next up for her is Kanguva wherein she will be sharing the screen space with Suriya, Bobby Deol and Prakash Raj. Set to be released on October 10 this year, the sequel of the film is currently in the pre-production phase and will go on floors in late 2025 or early 2026.

Speaking of Mouni Roy, the actress has multiple projects lined up in her kitty, including the crime mystery film Penthouse alongside Bobby Deol and Arjun Rampal and Devang Bhavsar’s comedy thriller, Blackout. The film also stars Sunil Grover and actor Vikrant Massey.
