Salman Khan Drops First Photo From The Sets Of Sikandar As The Shoot Begins, Fans React; See Here

Salman Khan has started shooting for his next film Sikandar. The actor today shared the first photo from the set which has immediately gone viral. Fans are just not keeping calm and have been showering praises on Salman Khan. They are eagerly waiting for the release. Sikandar is slated for a 2025 Eid release. Rashmika Mandanna will be seen as the leading lady.

Taking to his Instagram handle, Salman Khan shared a photo in which he is seen looking at the computer with a bright smile. “Looking forward to #Eid2025 with team #Sikandar #SajidNadiadwala’s #Sikandar. Directed by @a.r.murugadoss Releasing in cinemas EID 2025,” read the caption. As soon as the photo was shared, fans flooded the comment section. During the recent Eid celebrations, Salman Khan revealed his upcoming film with AR Murugadoss, titled ‘Sikandar,’ which is slated for release on Eid 2025. He made the announcement via Instagram, sharing a title slate with the caption, “Iss Eid Bade Miyan Chote Miyan aur Maidaan ko dekho aur agli Eid Sikandar se aa kar milo…. Wish u all Eid Mubarak!”

Murugadoss is currently managing several projects, including an action film featuring Tamil actor Sivakarthikeyan, tentatively titled SK23. To ensure a smooth transition to working on Sikandar, he plans to complete a significant portion of SK23 in advance. This strategy is designed to allow him to concentrate fully on Salman Khan’s upcoming project.

Sikandar represents AR Murugadoss’s highly anticipated return to Hindi cinema after an eight-year hiatus following Akira (2016). This film also reunites Salman Khan with producer Sajid Nadiadwala, a duo known for their blockbuster successes such as Kick, Judwaa, and Mujhse Shaadi Karogi.
