A woman tried to break through Shah Rukh Khan’s security chain in an attempt to get a picture with him outside the Mumbai airport. The Bollywood superstar, who has tightened his security since last year, was seen making his way into the airport to fly to Abu Dhabi. SRK will be hosting IIFA 2024, which is set to take place in the UAE destination.
In a video shared online, Shah Rukh was seen welcomed by a mob of fans and the paparazzi. While the media stood at a distance and photographed him, a female fan broke the boundaries in an attempt to get close to Shah Rukh. Several other fans from another side were also trying to get close to the actor. The crowd grew extremely close and SRK, who was protected by his bodyguards, tripped and almost fell. Fortunately, his team held him and they rushed into the airport soon after.

Shah Rukh will be hosting IIFA 2024 with Karan Johar. Speaking about his association with the awards show, Shah Rukh said at the press conference, “I would love to attend every time, but work commitments always come in the way. IIFA is always thinking big, and now with the inclusion of Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi cinema, it’s more Indian than ever before.”
The IIFA Awards 2024 will take place between September 27 and 29 at Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, promising a star-studded spectacle that fans won’t want to miss.
