There's no end to garbage politics in the national capital as the strike by MCD employees entered the sixth day on Monday.

New Delhi: There's no end to garbage politics in the national capital as the strike by MCD employees entered the sixth day on Monday.

Two days after throwing garbage outside the house of Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, MCD workers have turned their ire on minister Kapil Mishra. They dumped garbage outside his house.

Agitators, in fact, toughened their stand saying they won't allow state government workers to clear the garbage from the streets.

Meanwhile, the Delhi government has left the decision to the High Court.

The State Public Works Department has appointed its own task force to clean the garbage off the streets as over 60,000 sanitation workers along with over 7,000 doctors & 12,000 engineering staff continue to be on strike.

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that he had ordered extra trucks to be deployed to clear up piling garbage. AAP Ministers were seen with a broom in their hand to help PWD workers on Sunday.

What's your reaction?
