In a separate incident, a nine-year-old girl in Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh, was given a new lease of life this week when a doctor successfully removed a pin stuck in her stomach, all without surgery. The girl, Safia Pathan, had accidentally swallowed a sharp pin a few days prior, which caused her severe stomach pain. Her family sought help from several doctors and tried numerous home remedies, but nothing worked.
They initially attempted remedies such as feeding her bananas and giving her medicines to help clear her stomach. However, when the pin still didn’t pass, they decided to take Safia to a doctor, leading to her recovery.
